Developer Robert Hitchins successfully delivered  a brand new multi-million-pound office and warehouse facility near Stroud for global manufacturer Greiner Bio-One. The hi tech industrial building was designed by Robert Hitchins to meet Greiner Bio One’s specific requirements and planning was obtained before the land was sold at which point Robert Hitchins took on the role of development manager to deliver the scheme.

 

Construction of the 53,500 sq ft development at the Stroudwater 13 Business Park in Stonehouse began In January 2022 and has reached practical completion in September 2023.

 

Greiner Bio-One relocated from nearby Stroudwater Business Park where it has been operating since 1996. The new facility will double the size of its current warehouse space, allowing for future growth of the business.
