Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd has bought 1100 Parkway at Stoke Gifford, Bristol, the regional HQ of Swedish bank Handelsbanken. The 7,225ft2 Avon House, arranged over two floors, is let to Svenska Handelsbanken AB on a 10-year lease, ending in 2022.

Permission granted for office renovation at Bond's Mill

Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd has been granted planning permission to create a new office development at Stonehouse on the banks of the River Frome. Frome House, a former carpet warehouse at Bond’s Mill, has been partly demolished, the access road rebuilt, and a new drainage system installed beneath the Stroudwater Navigation Canal in a £500,000 renovation project.

Work begins on the construction of new primary school for Longford
